This statement describes how VenturiTech AS (“we”) processes personal data on this website.

The data controller is VenturiTech AS, org. no. 836 532 562, Kirkegata 25, 4612 Kristiansand S, Norway. Questions about privacy can be directed to post@venturitech.no.

The website can be used without providing any personal data. We process data in two cases:

The contact form. When you send us an enquiry, we store your name, email address and message - plus company, phone number and chosen topic if you provide them. The data is used to answer and follow up your enquiry, and for nothing else. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you send us (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Security. To protect the login and the contact form against abuse, we store for a short period a cryptographic hash derived from your IP address. The IP address itself is not stored and cannot be reconstructed from the hash.

Enquiries are stored for as long as necessary to follow them up. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by contacting post@venturitech.no.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for marketing. The website is hosted by our hosting provider, which processes data on our behalf and under our instructions (data processor).

You have the right to access, rectify and delete the data we hold about you, and you may object to the processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet). Contact us at post@venturitech.no and we will help you.
